Owner Qualifications:

Primary driver for success to to attract properties to bring under management. Franchisor assists with this endeavor offering extensive digital marketing targeted to property owner candidates. Franchisee will network within their network to attract properties, as well. Oversee cleaning, linen turnover and light maintenance for properties under management. Serve as the key contact for property owners and rental guests.

15+ years of business and/or sales experience.

Lives in the market or within a 40-minute drive.
