In addition to our financial requirements someone who… First and foremost, understands and is passionate about positively impacting families and communities through the art of cooking. An individual that believes the act of cooking is good for the body and the soul. Someone who enjoys teaching and entertaining in a casual kitchen atmosphere; fostering a fun and joyful environment; is customer service oriented; kind, outgoing, and upbeat; comfortable working with kids and adults alike; and has a team first mentality. Must understand the importance of scheduling a wide variety of offerings within our portfolio early and often, executing said offerings consistently to brand standards, and having an effective local marketing & PR strategy. Should possess the desire to build strong customer relationships, partnerships, and extensive networks to drive repeat business and local collaborations. A background in business management, teaching, or culinary arts is a plus. We also love our veterans. We have two in our franchise system and they are awesome!
