HIGH QUALITY HOME, BUSINESS, AND ONLINE LIQUIDATION – we sell 85%-95% of content in a home and driveway for a 60% return to the homeowner, 40% to Blue Moon Franchisee. (Commissions higher at Franchisee's discretion). Franchisees generate more revenue for homes versus businesses. We liquidate everything from the pots and pans in the kitchen to the automobile, boat, or motorcycle in the driveway.

Blue Moon Estate Sales has multiple services and revenue streams, such as:

On-site and online sales
Light housekeeping prior to the sale
Full clean out of content remaining at the end of a sale, and more
Additional services to the homeowner can be any related service the Franchisee desires to provide if it’s beneficial to undertake

Training: - Week one: Five, eight-hour virtual days - Week two: Homework with one eight-hour call - Week three: Two, eight-hour virtual days. This training will be provided for 1-3 people, the franchisee, franchisee’s spouse, and/or the operating manager. Your candidate will be ready to start servicing clients right after training! In-person visit to Franchisor or shadow a neighboring Franchisee optional.

Other Info: No bricks and mortar. Sales are conducted in the clients’ homes. Honesty and integrity a must.

Owner Qualifications:

Sales, marketing and networking to referral source, interviewing for potential sales, staging, pricing and conducting the sales. Communicating with the clients, staff. Advertising the sale. Closing out the sale and paying clients, managing software product.

Can be scaled into semi-absentee with FT dedicated effort through staffing.
