· Leader & Great Communicator - Someone with decision-making and excellent communication skills to lead and motivate staff as well as ensure that the franchise provides top-notch customer service.

· Willing to Learn – Our world and technology is changing rapidly, we continue to enrich our curriculum and enhance or offerings both in-person and online. Franchise owner should be willing to learn and grow and accept training and guidance from the franchisor.

· Adaptable - Possessing the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances is a must as well as being resilient and able to bounce back from missteps and take advantage of new opportunities.

· Team Player – Follow set guidance and best practices to ensure success and ensure consistent operation.
