We are a custom sports apparel and equipment business selling primarily to schools, clubs, leagues, municipalities, universities and corporate teams.
Originally founded in 2004 under the name Robbins Sports as an online sporting goods store. Our CEO Jason Sant acquired Robbins Sports in 2017 and has been actively transforming it into a custom jersey and apparel company. In 2022 we updated our name and brand to Team Up Athletics to emphasize this new focus and strategic direction. We have transformed the original online retail store into a multi franchise company headquartered in Utah, selling custom jersey's, apparel and equipment to various teams and organizations throughout the country.

2 days in headquarters learning every facet of the business and riding along with corporate sales people to visit accounts. 1 day ride along in new franchisee's territory with a seasoned sales professional. Ongoing training via streamed meetings, training modules, direct correspondence with corporate, teams messaging, future ride alongs, etc.
Owner Qualifications: A Team Up Athletics franchisee will visit and sell to accounts daily. These accounts can be in schools, cities, clubs, businesses and leagues. They also may want to attend sport tournaments or expos as a vendor over the weekends. During the day, and throughout the sales process, they will be asked to search for certain products, discuss decoration options, help with logo design, purchase products, create and send proposals, manage the finances and books, review sales reports, communicate with customers regularly, strategize and plan for future sales, communicate with cooperate when necessary, respond to emails and phone calls, etc. IDEAL CANDIDATE
